Russian citizens holding ordinary passports are eligible for Taiwan's eVisa from 7 July 2026 through 6 July 2027. BOCA says the eVisa permits a single entry and a stay of up to 30 days. This guidance is intentionally conservative: ordinary passport, short visitor travel only. Work, residence, study, religious work, special permits, Mainland/Hong Kong/Macao area status, emergency/temporary passports, airline handling, onward-entry documents and Taiwan immigration discretion can change the practical answer.
